I have a evo vii maxed out but I am still having trouble winning the world championship. can something give me just a brief synopsis of how I should tune the gears and suspension.

Firstly, great job on buyin a lancer
i have a lancer evolution 6 whch can reach 314.5km/h EASY without the wheelie trick. You need to get the best gear box (fully customisable) and need at least urbo 2 (for acceleration). You should get the racing chip etc and other inexpensive items for your car. Then go into machine test and tinker with the gear settings, i recommend setting them a bit wider and changing the final gear settings. Keep changing until u find your perfect settings (its different with every car even if theyre the same car). its worth it because when you get the rally tyres u can win expensive rally cars and if your straped for cash u can sell the crap ones. The lancer is best suited n smoley mountain rally wise and can kick majour ass on tarmac(i beat an S type car with it fully tunesd but my brother was driving the S car)
