I'm nearly completing the pro event hall and wanted to know if you need the specal lisence which i am only half way through to go to the extreme hall or do you just have to complete beg. and pro halls??

You dont need a super license to GET TO the Extreme hall, but you need a Super License to race (a-Spec)
