Hi guys.
The Freaks For Speed Racing Club is starting one of its first of many championships Link - The Group B Touring Car championship and we would like to invite good clean drivers to join.

Championship Car Format
The group B Touring Car Championship has a fixed list of cars that can be used.
You may only enter one car for the hole season.

Championship Sign Up register

Leave your PSN ID and your GT user name(You may only enter one PSN ID and 1 GTP user name per driver).
Ans state what car you are going to use for the season, If you have to do some testing before you decide on what car you would like to use for the season just leave TBC (To Be Confirmed) next to your details.
Please note that drivers must have there car chosen and posted in the thread before the first race they compete in or the car they start the first race in will be the car they will have to stick with for the hole season.

The championship is very well thought out, and we do not expect you to be a fast driver, all we ask is that you give respect to other drivers on the track and do everything you can to keep the racing clean.

The first race will start on the 9th of April at 8.30PM to 9.00PM GMT London.
But we will be taking sign ups the hole season.

This is exactly what I am looking to join. The timing of the races however, leaves me (unfortunately) to be non commitable. I will have a think and come back to you.

Looks like a great series to run in as well :)

This league will be awsome, I can offer it for you Knelly.

I know these guys since a long time, we had a league for NFS Shift for long months, and it was the most enjoyable part of my simracing "career", so don't think too much and join us :sly:

There will be other series too in other dates/times, so I'm sure you'll find the optimal one for you if this one doesn't fits because the timing. 👍

Thanks mate, we have spent quite some time planing it out.
As long as you can make it to at least 5 races you are more than welcome to join.
You wont have a chance at the winning that championship but at least you can get some good races.

There is a Calibra in the updated Online Collector's dealesrship. It costs more than 1million, but if you haven't got a car in your garage what would fits, maybe it is better than nothing. I wish that we could send expensive cars, than it woudn't be a problem to send a car for u, what u need..

yes,the subaru. I've already sent a friend request for him,and if he accept it,i can send the subaru! It was under half million credit. But there is the calibra too in the online collectors dealership.

Edit: You had right mate, there is the Audi TT touring car too in the Online Collector's Dealership, and it is also cheaper than the Calibra

Good idea should have thought of that my self how do you do it ?
I pressed edit on the 1st post but it does not let me edit the tittle =/.
 
I really enjoyed the race! At the beginning I thought that long practice was the qualification and Hog was just joking, but no. After a lot of cocktails the race started well but my tyres didn't like this track (or every track:grumpy:) so I had to go to the pit and that was the end. After that I spun on cold tyres. Crazy mistake.. but despite the problems I reached the 2nd place. Well done Mo, nice race on one set of tyres!👍 He can save his tyres, I can't.:irked: David was also pretty fast but I know he was tired.

It was a really enjoyable race last night. I'm planning to make some pictures of the race, so I will comment more a bit later, but I want to say thanks for everybody who has joined the race! It was a really clear and close race!
