Hey man, I tried fixing the LOD issue myself—whether through the .ini file or by messing with the KN5—but nothing changed. Since I don’t know much about modelling or modding in AC, that’s pretty much all I could do.
 
I know I'm probably being anoying talking about the LOD again, but today I downgraded my csp tp 0.1.79 and the low res steering wheel stopped appearing and after I got back up to 0.2.12 it appeared again, so it definitely is a CSP problem

no because i don't really know why it does this. Assetto doesn't make much sense in that case


not individually, just drag and drop content and extension folder to your assettocorsa folder

I've also noticed the issue of cars rolling over when hitting curbs. In my experience modding other cars, this can sometimes be caused by DY_REF/DX_REF values being set too high in tyres.ini.

I'm working on new tyre textures that are 4K and have more details in the normal. When complete, are you interested in receiving these?
 
I installed the 2010-2013 mods and only some cars work I will note this is the first time I have modded AC but what I did was download the file, extract it in the AC Content, cars folder and moved the car files from the extracted folder into the cars folder, some cars work some don't did I do something wrong?
 
i am sadly having some issues getting the striped pirelli tires to work..

I manually extract the zip file "F1 2011 by Cimmerian Iter" to the Assetto Corsa Root Folder. the zip folder called "cim_2011_tyres" is already in the Extension > Textures > Cars folder

though i dont see the cars in content manager yet, so i select all car models and drag them to the cars folder found in the Assetto Corsa root folder.

but when i select any car and go into a race the tires are still very black and no pirelli stripe design

Would you be able to help me please?

EDIT: in the end i didnt have to extract any files and just dragged the extension and content folder from the f2011 mod and dragged them to the assetto corsa root folder. Amazing mod!!! i love it!

Please do not install the mod through CM. Do it manually and make sure that the cim_2011_tyres.zip is inside assettocorsa/extension/textures/cars/

i did this and i loaded into a caterham and my tires still dont have the pirelli stripe, was gonna try and see if i was supposed to extract it into it but doesnt show the "cars" file when trying to do that and all the other files in it aren't extracted so figured its a me issue

edit: my high ass was in a 2013... well now i know my 2013 stripes dont work ! lmaoo oops
