While Hamilton and Vettel end the season with a flurry of tire smoke, the smoke coming from Alonso’s car is actually yet another engine failure!

Thanks to @Touring Mars for continuing to run this awesome tournament, and thanks to everyone who voted for my captions. I couldn't have won it without you :lol:

It's been a long grind, but it's great to finally win the competition that first kept me here at this site back in 2010. It's been a long road to the top.

Congrats to everyone else who scores points, well done for getting close @XJ40 and amazing 6 wins there @niky!
 
Congrats @Jimlaad43 and @XJ40 , knew I would probably lose second place, as I saw Timo Glock spluttering around in the rain on that final lap, but alas, like Felipe Massa, I will retire into obscurity without ever winning that WDC, despite clinching race wins. (I saw it as so inevitable, I voted for XJ40's VW entry twice. Deserving win there, chap!)

Where is Bernie Ecclestone when you need him? :lol:

Tough competition this year. Tough selecton of pictures. But thanks @Touring Mars , as this competition helps keep our aging brains churning! :D
