It does help if there's something slightly unusual, striking, historic, or silly about the photo. Photos consisting of only driver with a semi-blank stare doesn't really inspire captions.

Sorry for the delay chaps, and I'm afraid I have some bad news - I'm not going to be able to run this comp this season... not in the same way as it was done last year, since it is too time consuming (believe it or not).
So, please PM me if you are interested in taking it over this year. In order to maintain the thread as it was done last year, it will take atleast one maybe two half-hours of your time per week.

Same here... it's bad timing for me, as I start a new job and move house next week and won't have online access at all for a while. And when I do, I'm going to be very pushed for time in the next few months. Unfortunately I have been given a real job now that means I'm going to have to do a bit less fannying about

I'd like to run it, as its one of the few things that give me any association with GTP anymore; but I have to admit my time on GTP is less and less with each passing week.
Work blocks GTP about 90% of the time, and of course, real-life concerns take over about 99% of my spare time...

Thanks, Chris. Any queries about this are welcome. I am going to update the first post soon in preparation for the 2008 season. I know people are eager to get this going so I will try to get a picture up ASAP.

Okay I want to try and keep it similar to how TM did it, because it worked. So...
I will post the images, whoever wins the last round will be sent a PM by me for a picture for the next round. They will then reply to me with their picture and I will post it up. I will try to keep the voting and results days on a regular weekly basis. It may take a bit of trial and error at the start with some aspects but as long as we get into a regular rhythm within the first few rounds, I don't see too much trouble.
As said above, any queries and advice is welcome, PM would be best so the flow in here is on topic.
I'd also like to add I've got a couple of years experience running a football predictions league on another forum. Though I expect this one to have more than 10 or so participents. I'm planning things a bit at the moment, it shouldn't be too long before the season will start.
