cool glitch, i want one!

You should try altering Settings A slightly to see if it fall and then put them back to see if it floats again.

My F1 settings:
Brakes: 7/8
Springs: 13.6/13.1
Height: 56/59
Shocks: all 8
Camber: 3.2/2.9
Toe: 0/-1
Gears: autoset 16
Assists: all 2
Aero: max
LSD: default

That's the settings under set A. If I switch to Set B, with default settings, it falls back down. Go back to set A, it's floating again. I haven't tried adjusting stuff at all in Set A though, so I don't know what the magic numbers are.

I was doing a race with my F1, and tweaked some settings to make it slightly more stable (ride height, spring rate). Then I come back to my garage and find it floating about 6 feet off the ground.

you know this is kinda like in i dont remember if it was gt1 or gt2 but if you raced the cebera race car at tahiti circut in arcade mode it would lift of the ground and fly like a million feet in the air but you couldnt move or anything

Yep also hasnt any1 seen the shadow is further back then the car when the spotlights goes down. And also look at the reflection on the floor.

Try read through your sentence... Since the perspective is wrong, its exactly WHY it IS photoshopped..

Its like saying, "Im sure he didn't eat any of the cake, as i can clearly see there's missing a piece"

It's not photoshopped, it's bug in the game, it's happened to several people.

Actually I am quite certain that phillip was saying the perspective has CHANGED, and is therefore evidence that it is not a photoshopped garage view. The perspective is wrong for the conventional garage view.

So he's actually saying something more like "I think my cake must be floating 6 feet in the air because I now appear to be at eyeball level with its wheelnuts" :p

Personally I think someone just set the ride height miles too high on that car... literally... ;)

I meant that the perspective was wrong if the car had been photoshopped. We are looking at this car from a different angle now to how it would be on the ground. If it were on the ground we would be looking down on it slightly, here it is at eye level.

Yeah and dont u think its strange only 8 people out of millions have had this problem?
 
i dont... out of those millions, how many would have had that exact car with that exact settings... and then once theyve found those cars and settings, they would have to know about this site, and have had to find this thread... uot of those millions i dont think there would be that many people with all these things in order for this to happen...

Has anyone else seen this? I found it odd...And it doesn't float like that in PhotoMode, or while driving.
