For those who completed the F1 Series race in the professional league:

Which car did you use to win the series. I am about to undertake this task and was wondering which car was the most successful?

I have it from tokyo route 246. I'm thinking of playing trial mountain and hoping I win it. If I dont I'll just keep going and win it after winning all the endurances. I'll probably use it for that.

Even though the HP is lower than the 686, 687, and 688? Interesting, since I already have a F094, perhaps I don't need to redo all those enduro races. :)

i won the f688/s i used my 787b to win the formula gt championship, i won it by 1 point, THANK U F1 point system. thankful on the last race i got 5th and the guy i was trying to beat got last and we were tied going into the last race.

bak in the 80's f1 cars had gaggles of hp, in 1979 a bmw power car had over 1000hp driven by nelson pikay. in the 90's the FIA restricted the amount of hp the cars could have that is y the 686,687, and 688 have more hp than the 90 and 94

I havn't gotten the other Forumula 1 car that can double as an indy car, but they both have incredible traction for turning, and they accelerate like crazy. I havn't done the Formula 1 series yet(I'm doing the cote de azùr Endurance, and that's taking me about 2 hrs to complete cause I suck at it), but I'm willing to bet that the f090/z can be almost as good as the f094.

Have you tweeked your settings too extreem and can't get it back to the default settings?

Just win another F1 car and save the settings before you drive it. If it's the same type of car, you can load the settings into your current F1. :)

Thanks for all the input. I started the F1 Series race lastnight with my F094/S and yes it rocks.... I have done 3 races so far and manage to lap everyone, including the other F094/S. Tis all good.

Kudo's to ZeroCool85 for winning the series with his 787B, electirc F/X Track trigger car.

let me tell u if wasnt easy, the races i did win, i won by less than 5 secs and the only time i was able to lap the field was on the test course. i only pitted once since i had superslicks a.k.a. hard compound tires

It seems as though since I started the Poll I cannot vote in it, but thanks for all the advise. I used the F094/S (which in my opinion as well as others is the best overall F-Car) to win the series with a gold.

Tracks I need to go back to win golds in the series:

  • Laguna (need a lot more pratice)
  • Seattle (got a silver, just a little more practice)
  • Monaco (got any crack?)

Ok, with the F094/S the races are pretty easy. When I went back and did monaco I had a "Lap 3+" on the second place car which was another F094/S. Gears pretty narrow, allowed max acceleration out of all corners without wasted power band.

I then tried it with the 787B with superslicks (T2) to reduce pitting time and that's just too much work. In my F094/S I was averaging 1'16 laps and in the 787B I was averaging between 1'22 and 1'26. Much wider averages with the 787B and much harder to keep on the road as high speeds.

Yeah, I saw that. Good job!

Thanx. It was really difficult, more difficult that any other challenge in the game.
