F1500T Setup?

Only way I’ve been able to put some laps together even with single races is slam the aero dynamics and move the roll bars by a click. But I’m just trying random stuff I’m not a seasoned vet with tuning by any means so I will be keeping an eye on this thread as well. I feel like I’m just learning how to drive all over again.
 
I'm looking forward to trying out the gearing if it makes 1st/2nd better at getting the power down. Is it really necessary to 'dial it in like an old safe' or can the figures just be entered for the gears?

No entiendo porque después de hacer paso a paso el tutorial del video, la relación de las marchas y velocidad sean iguales, pero el % de velocidad,aceleración,, frenada etc no tengan el mismo porcentaje ..
