Ready to roll?

3. (History) - Which Scottish/English border town did young couples tradionally elope to in order to get married?
4. (Motorsports) - Who is the current NASCAR Champion driver?
5. (Geography) - What is the capital city of Slovenia?
6. (Computing) - What, precisely, are "brain****" and "Ook!"

9. (Science) - Of what is Clive Tombaugh credited with the discovery?
10. (Food & Drink, again) - Which contains more caffeine - a cup of coffee or a cup of tea (assuming equal-sized cups and average blends. And that neither is decaffeinated).

(Don't forget - PM all your answers to me. I can only accept your first answer, so send them all in one hit and don't bother with any corrections...)

I should add that I'm not especially bothered about spelling, as long as you make the answer clear enough that I know you know the answer.

fun questions. maybe i'll enter. now where did i put granturismo 1 :d

edit: or do you have to answer without looking them up?

As I said in the Round 1 thread, you CAN Google or Wiki them, but really, what have you to gain by getting 20/20? We'll never know if you've looked the answers up, but you will.

-2 points.

:D

Actually, you're technically right. I slipped into Old English, for some reason. Sorry.

Well, there's 11 tracks. So there's 11 answers. And you gave 12...

If someone just named every track ever in GT, they'd get all 11, so SOME penalty has to exist for going over the 11 asked for...

I know the french translated reindeer names, but not the english ones... :(

I saw the CCTV footage.

You do know that's NOT why they call it "Lapp"land, right?

You know I was just kidding... :sly: .. forgot to fill in the actual answer, but hey... 👍

There seems to be some confusion with Q6 here. There are TWO entities mentioned - "Ook!" and the unfortunately-named "brain****" - and I'd like to know what they actually are, rather than to what broad category of things they belong.

For two points? Yes. For a point? No.

I should just note that the word "precisely" has been in Q6 since the beginning - I've just made it bigger.
