So I was wondering, as im going to buy a fanatec carrera to replace my DFGT, when you buy it do you have to install firmware to make it work with gt5?, and if so, how do you install firmware ? Thanks

I heard that for PS3 its plug and play. I just ordered one

It's plug and play.

Just press the base and select button and a red light indicator will popup on the LCD of your carrera.
