Last thing then, is there a difference between stepping down 15nm (which I assume most people do anyway) and being limited to 8nm?
I think it was Barry (from sim racing garage) who said that a higher torque peek wheelbase would be "better" (motor designed for heavier loads, faster slew rates and other stuff) even when used with lower torque settings, but at the same time it would become "hyper realistic" where you feel more and faster feedback in your hands than in an actual car where you "feel with your butt" :D
I honestly don't think I'd need more than 8Nm cause I'm using a stand anyway
I have the 8nm gt dd pro with a simlab p1x and I would say that a good rigid rig is more important than the additional torque of the wheelbase, especially if you have a load cell brake pedal and a real (be it a bucket or normal) car seat.
