It doesn't have the metal ball in it. The clicking you hear is the switches that the shifter hits. The only thing I've done to my sequential shifter is to pack in as much cotton in the openings as possible. It really helps out and you'll see a difference.
, has anyone ever attempted on doing so with the sequential shifter? If not then I just hope that there will be that metal casing with the spring and that ball inside like the 6 speed shifter had.
