Great Bubba Gump, and a wanna-be gangsta, just who we need to represent drifting. "The cars are lighter..the tires are slick..and just remember if you ain't outta control..you ain't in control" Wow! Thank you bow wow for that great insight about drifting. I can finally say i know everything about it.I mean come on 4 car drifting down the streets, drifting in a parking garage? Yea i wanna go drifting in a place where theres a bunch of concrete supports around. I guess a realistic movie was to much to ask for.

This is when stupid "gangstas" in my school start to think they know something about drifting. Thats what happened when the first FnF came out, a bunch of people started to think they knew something about cars, I'm still having to prove somebody wrong every day at school.

I hate the FnF series, it just makes me mad how they let this stupidity spread about such a great sport.

"The tires are slicker" WTF!?!?! If having the least amount of grip was the point of drifting, wouldn't every body be running minivan tires on their drift cars?

I love "The Fast and the Furious" series. I don't watch them seriously like I do "Best Motoring". To me, it's like Karate Kid with cars. I think the new one looks cool and will make a very good rental. 👍

:lol::dunce:

lets be honest, none of us watch the movies for the movie itself, its purely about the cars and driving scenes, and nothing more.

Exactly. I have both of the other movies in my collection and yeah the acting is crappy but heck at least there are some decent car action scenes. I personally like almost any car movie and I will add this one to the collection when it comes out too. Theres really nothing else to say. :)
I also thought I heard a rumor that Ken Gushi will be in this with the Gushi Mustang. :dopey:

Why is it the makers of the FnF series feel they must wreck up or destroy every single muscle car in each movie?
I can never forgive them for the black Charger or the Yenko Camaro. Those bastards:grumpy:

I predict that the '65 Mustang will be completely totalled by the end of the movie.

Good driving is the only thing this movie has to offer. They could have made this thing so better story wise. Why not have paul walker stumble into a japanese auto shop where to his suprise he finds vin diesel is the owner? Make it interesting at least. This was a chance to start fresh with a new sport, and do it right. I guess the directors didn't see it that way. I guess, i'll just add this movie to my fast and the furious comedy collection.

fast and furious are the absolute worst movies ever made. the producers, or writers should all be shot. However, at the end of the first one there was 1 good line from vin deisel. When that guy was like "hey you have this blown, hemi powered monster of a charger, why don't you race that?", and then deisel says "cause im scared of that". recognize, jdm

PERFECT BALANCE
Although the driving is all computer animated anyways.

I don't think so. Partly, but not nearly as bad as in 2F2F imo....
I also read an interview with the producer or so and he said that he wanted to reduce CGI to a minimum, which I really like.

Yea fnf2 was full of CGI. It's good to see them step away from that on this one. Hey southern347..nothing beats "i live my life a quater mile at a time". That was a classic line that will go down in history. Toky Drift better have a pretty inspiring line to beat that.

Is there an HD version of this trailer.

Don't worry I found it, anyway it looks better then 2 Fast 2 Furious.

"if your not out of control, you're not IN control"
OOOOOOO burn sucka fish!!!

Action!!
*Drifting*
Suspense
*They've got BETTY*
More Action
*Drifting AGAIN...With GUNS!*
Women
*random asian girl*

coming this summer to a giant steaming pile of crap near you...

At least it'll be an interesting downoad off bittorrent. I'm still annoyed about all this racing in crowded city streets. Racing in isolated streets is one thing (you and the other guy racing you are pretty much the only ones that could get hurt). And why for the love of god were they drifting in a race in the city? How will that make you go faster if you slalom on coming traffic?

1.Downloading DVD'S is illegal and you are not allowed to discuss piracy on GTP!

2.Nobody says that you should race in your town. It's a movie. Do you start a discussion about bank robbers when watching Heat, Inside man etc ?

3. Drifting does not make you faster. Pro drifting is not about going from point A to point B as fast as possible but about style and skills. Like ice dancing vs ice skating ( probably the wrong terms, I don't know the exact names in English for these kind of sports...). An exception might be Touge Races in the mountains. The streets are narrow and drifting might be as fast as grip racing in that special case.

Guess who seems to be in FF3 : Tokyo Drift ?
Yeah indeed he is. At least if this is true :

Some might consider this as a spoiler, but let's face it, if it is true, many people will soon talk about it, so.... I wouldn't call it a spoiler.... there is nothing about the story, just about the appearance of a certain actor....

EDIT : OH BE CAREFUL, there is indeed a spoiler(INVISOTEXT), make sure to not mark the text, just hit the links to the pics !!!
