What is the fastest/most powerful FF car in GT5?

My best one is the Volvo C30 R-Design. Fully upgraded, it has 427 BHP and 380 ft.lb torque, and it weighs less than 1200 kg. It also looks BA with some aero kits on it. :sly:

Are there any other FF cars that can beat it?

My Dodge SRT-4 has 613hp and weighs about the same so..:)

Not the fastest hot hatch by a long shot, but my favourite is the Renault Clio Sport (172)

I've only mildly tuned it to just shy of 200hp and put sports soft tyres on it. Everything else is stock and it handles like a dream it is so good out of the box I don't really want to loose the feeling you get from it by "tuning".

I've been driving this car a lot recently and you can put in some really consistent times with it. It puts a lot of the faster hatchbacks to shame.

Honda Integra? Are there any Preludes in GT5?

The 4th and 5th gen. Preludes are in.

For a fast FF car, I highly recommend the Citroen Xsara Rally Car '99. It's about 177,000 Cr. but it's one of my favorite cars and a joy to drive. Its top speed is around 150 mph stock I believe.

5 different Preludes if I recall.....I'd say my top 3 FF cars would be the Integra RM, Integra Touring Car and Mugen Motul Civic (love that thing). As metioned above, the Citroen Xsara WRC is pretty good too.The Volvo C30 is probably the best of the street FF's though as an overall package, but the SRT-4 seems to be a little faster.

srt4 has the most power but its no good for track racing your best bet is rm dc2 integra

Is that a standard? I would have thought a Dodge SRT-anything would be FR.

It's a standard. Less than 15000 if you are lucky enough to spot one in the used cars. Yep Dodge Neon SRT-4. FWD. Has over 600 ft lbs of torque too:tup: But most corners result in a 3rd gear smoke show.

My Integra RM would blow it (the C30) out of the water, and thats without a turbo!!:D Only weighs 950 kilos and handles like no other fwd car can!!(apart from maybe the Civic RM but I personally prefer the Integra).

I have one too. It's a great car,But I think the OP was talking more about sheer horsepower.

Renault Megane is good in real life, shame they didn't make the RS 230 version didn't make it in.

106 Rally also is a great FF car, lightweight and decent power

Mini Cooper, has maybe one of the best suspension layout for its category; multilink rear suspension.

Civic EK is also one of the few of the class to have an elaborate rear suspension

these are what I think should be the best FF cars that are not Race Cars or RM in the game

I golded the Loeb challenge a short while ago and received both Citroën C4's (and a Standard C3...), the regular FF road version and the 4WD rally version.
I decided to fully tune both and to my surprise the regular one has more power (a whopping 480-something horsepower) and weighs significantly less too...
Ofcourse the rally version is faster on a twisty section but a 480-plus Bhp frontwheel-drive hatchback is just pure madness....but fun, and surprisingly controllable and easy to drive, at least on R1's and a properly set up LSD (no aids except ABS).
Okay, the sensible thing would be to fit the midrange-pressure turbo to it (which would create a more realistic 330 or so Bhp) but I just couldn't resist.:D

Megane!!! Its great in stock. and even more great with 500HP!!!!
Best FF in GT5.
The Civic Fd2 JDM comes 2nd. The Focus ST was ****,not impresed, and Volvo c30 felt better.

I used the Volvo C30 R-Design and I loved it. I loved doing the seasonal event with it when I was first.

Everytime I came outta a corner I floored it and it was stable and was trying to see which corner I could generate the most smoke out of.

The SRT-4 is the Neon. Standard car, from GT4. I haven't really tried myself, but wouldn't the FWD cars start suffering from terrible understeer on the exits from the power? Usually 300whp or so is the line, where the power beyond that isn't all that effective, other than straight line.

Vauxhall Corsa Comfort can be pretty mean once tuned, along with the Renault Megane Coupe IDE, and the VW New Beetle!

I keep blabbering on about my Seat Ibiza Cupra, so I might as well do so here too :sly:

290hp, 1020kg, actually one of my faster cars around the Nordschleife with sports tyres on. :)

Focus RS has to be one of the fastest FF cars - fully tuned 394bhp and only weighs 893kg:crazy:
1st & 2nd gear are pretty useless but once in 3rd it flies!

hello everyone,
well, me and a few friends have a little Gt5 league, and tonight is schedule the FF cup. There is no power restrictions, only trasmission .
Everyone was training all week with the RM DC5, because we all have seen it's the best FF car in the game. I am allways trying to be diferent, so i started looking for something better. Guess what ... fully tuned 547 bhp ... FF car ... handles like a MF , lol
Mitsubishi Eclipse GT 06
I have showed it to some of my friends, and it beats the DC5 by a full second on the Ring ;)

I've got a '91 Prelude VTEC it's fully tuned and you get 370 something horsepower and weighs about 1100kg and handles a dream.

The Fiat Coupe Turbo Plus deserves a good look as well. Needs some setting up, but it's quick and very stable.

As stated by others, Dodge SRT4. Over 600hp and 600ft-lbs of torque. Civics and Integras don't stand a chance.

There's also an Integra touring car that is pretty sweet as well as a Golf that comes modded that's pretty quick.

Let me throw in the Trial Cillica from the ucd. Very hard to find, Ive only seen it twice in over 2500 game days and bought both of them. It has over 400 hp and tips the scales at 970 kg.
