Fastest Rally Car

I think I like the Rs200 rally car the best. I am not a fan of fords but I think that is one of their best cars ever.

The imprezas are good too but do not seem to be as fast. I like the 99 Impreza the best.

I think the Audi S1 was an inline Turbo 5. I remember Clarkson saying 5's don't sound good because they are inherently imbalanced though...WRONG that thing sound simply monstrous, it doesn't need to sound good, it scares you into thinking it sounds good.

Like other posters have already mentioned, sadly omitted from this game...very curious considering it was very successful, and just bad.

ALL 5cyl engines sound nice..
If it is an old Audi or Volvo, or some Fiat based car or a modern Ford Focus RS or again Volvo, they sound awesome..
5cyl in line sounds better than a V6..

That's pretty much the Escudo then... give it a little bit of a body re-design and presto! Uber Rally Car.

I like to use some of the WRC rally ars that I skipped up to go as fast as they can so they flip easiely on my jump track. Then I can enjoy the full damage. Other wise I acually enjoy whipping around my Toyota Corolla Rally Car, think it's '98 or '99

This is my number 1 sought after car. It never shows up in the UCD.

Even though the car isn't allowed in the rally events it should be a blast to drive.

I LOVE Group B rally cars with a passion, it absolutely kills me that they have the 205 T 16, the Maxi 5 Turbo, the RS200 and the S4 but the Audi S1 is STILL missing from Gran Turismo. Easily one of the most legendary cars of all time from the most revered era of rallying and they couldn't find a way to get it in there. Ugh. At least I can get a Daihasu Move or an Imiev, though.

No other rally car compares to the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Super Rally Car... it's not called Super for nothing

The Super Rally Car is epic, but the S4, the RS200 and the t16 Evo2 are Bat**** insane.

With that said however, the T16 is a handful to drive, the S4 is pretty crazy and the RS200...well it's almost perfection.

Then it wouldn't be a x2010! A bit like a Chaparral 2J without the fans- it wouldn't be a 2J.

Would be interesting to compare the RWD rally cars, between each other, the renault should have a place in front. But don´t know if there are that much of RWD´s in the game that makes a comparison reasonable..

Try a Race Modded Impreza road car, looks like a rally car and has nearly 600bhp if you fullt tune it

Yeah, seems so. I have so much fear on that Maxi, I even didn´t tried it out yet

A former colleague was co-pilot in such a thing and competed in some local championships back then. With his height being 2 metres, he was sitting kinda like in the back of that car. But that thing was just angry he told. No chances I didn´t believe him .

well imo, the rs200 is the fastest and the most dangerous, a beast ride everytime ;D
the super lancer however is mah baby, handles absolutely perfectly. my go-to rally car.
and the peugot and ford escort are definately up there along with the 08 focus

best 2wd without a doubt imo is the 350z and eclipse ;D both handle fairly well
