Yea, I like Seattle, too. It's got a good variety of turns, it's fun :D

I think my favourite track is still Laguna. I like the fact that if you mess up, the walls are far away and can't save you. I guess that also makes Apricot Hill a favourite too.

However, for watching replays, nothing beats the Special Stage 5 track. Especially in the wet. I did that for the first time last night and fell in love with it.

I also gotta say that I never knew what I was missing until 3 weeks ago. I've been a PC gamer all my life and bought my first console 4 weeks ago along with GT3 and I just can't believe what I was missing out on.

Um when I said Mazda RX-7 pics I didnt think I would get a response like this. Thank you Loud I have looked at about 3 of these links so far. The google.com one was great. TONS and TONS of pics were available. :D Thank you man.

Ok lets see:

Ok for the race on road i like laguna seca, seattle. midfield and monaco of course.

Than i love all the rally race but only one is my favourite thats Tahiti Maze so beautiful...full of corners and hide turns...the best!

I like R5 wet, too. The water on the road just looks sooo good. It's not very fun with a really powerful car, but if you have a mid-power car and you take your time I really enjoy it. And I like pretty much all the rally courses, always in the Escort Rallyer! :D

SS5 in a high powered car (Viper for example) can be a pain in the @ss but generally in a low powered car its a brilliant course. My favourite rally course is probably Tahiti Course or Tahiti Maze, I like the Focus Rally car, but I want a Corolla rally car.

Yea, R5 is good, but some things would make it better. My friends were saying once that your car needs to track water into the tunnel. I think that would be really awesome. And with that, where are the tire marks??

I thoroughly enjoy racing at Rome (sorry, no wall-banking for me) ,Trial Mountain, and Grand Valley, but i like most of the other tracks as well

yeah..that was my other favourite but like you said they took it out ......i say smarten up

I've done a lot more racing since I posted here the first time. I still think Tokyo is my favorite. It's got a couple nice straits for maxing out the car's speed, and some really nice corners for testing the handling of the car. I like the top part of the course where it appears pretty strait but has a short right-left snake. It got really nice when I started winning F1 cars and could double my previous speed through the turns (:

Second would probably be Seattle, for the same reasons as Tokyo. Then Special Stage Route 5 ... again same reasons. They all have a good mix of everything. You'd think I'd love the Comlex String then ... but it's just too long to really enjoy the trip around it.

Tokyo's not too bad except for the first corner, its always hard for me cause I keep on braking too late, I know how to fix the problem but I'm just a complete dumb@ss

i always brake too early......the straight never ends for me ......i'll brake once .......let off the brakes cause i'm not there yet ....ACCELERATE ....brake again and so on .......just a case of not enough exposure to the track yet to find my braking points .......some Tokyo endurance should change that

I do not look forward to the Tokyo endurance, at least it'll be better than the Super Sleepway endurance.

I don't run the rallies much. They're loads of fun, but I spend most of my time on the tarmac.

Tokyo Route 246 Corner 1 -- Keep your foot on the throttle until you pass under the second red sign. Right as it starts to disappear off the top of your screen - come down HARD on the breaks, then let up as you start to enter the turn. Make sure you start that whole process on the outside of the track though, far left. Then cut in and brush the rumble strip, coming out hard on the throttle again. When you get that figured out, you'll have a whole new problem approaching the next obsticle at twice the speed you're used to (:

edit: you shouldn't drop out of 3rd gear in most cars, a few you might drop into 2nd, but that's pretty rare.

Swiss Alps is okay - I just hate that they're all fenced, and you can't go off properly.

I still vote Deep Forest - so many great sweepers, and cutting across the dirt early on in the lap, that AWESOME left hander on to pit straight, the sunset, the great view of the mountain and the great view up the river along the back straight.

Well if you're going to take the scenery into account then SURE ... Deep Forest is tha`BOMB. But me, I'm too busy keeping it out of the trees and rocks to pay attention to the mountains and rivers.
