FI and bamboo. Maybe I handled this wrong. Perhaps I should've PM'd bamboo about this. FI, I appreciate the backup. The vast majority of what you were saying is exactly what I was trying to convey. Thanks
Bamboo, It's ALWAYS great to say something nice to someone. I'm with you on that 100%. If you notice both mine and FI's original posts, we do say some nice things about the clip. and you gave Reiskocher some very good advise in your later posts, despite your opinion that giving advise is a waste.
Also, did you notice Reiskocher's response to the criticism given by everyone? He was appreciative and was excited to get another vid out.
Personally, when I put a vid up I want people to chop it up as much as possible so I'll get better, not go on in my ignorance as FI has stated. I remember I put a clip up over on the IDM boards and I really thought it was great. Turns out that I needed to do some major work on my technique and car settings/parts. Now, if everyone there would've just said, "Nice

" or "Nice effort", I would have though, "Great! I've got it down, I'll just keep doing this cause everyone said nice!" Hence, I wouldn't be anywhere near the drifter I am now.
Let's look at it from another way. You see someone playing basketball and they keep missing foul shots in the same way. But you know what they're doing wrong. Do you just say, "Nice

" or do you say, "Hey, looks like you're working pretty hard, if you hold your breath and stop jumping then your stance will be stronger and your release will be smoother. This will help to give you the soft touch that you need to make the foul shot all the time." I think the person playing ball would appreciate you showing them what's wrong more then just saying "Nice

"
Again, I'm not ragging on you for being "Nice

". However, it doesn't help anyone do anything better and could possibly inflate someone's ego to think they are better then they are.
OK, that was long enough. Bamboo and FI, please chill. I feel that this is my fault in a way so I share some of the responsibility. As far as the challenge goes, Bamboo, you should focus on your 4way that you have going on now. If you guys really want to do this other one that's cool. But it shouldn't be done out of spite. In fact that's the worst way to start a challenge.
I hope I was able to clear the water a bit.
