Edit- boss just called me to cover someone's shift tonight, and he said I'll get triple overtime. Can't pass that up. Maybe I'll be back before you go offline, we will see!

On another note its most likey gonna be a hard one to do a one stop .
Tires will do 15 laps but it being a high RPM circuit youll need watch fuel carefully.

DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT try a 1 stopper, i tried it and my fuel was nearly on lap 13 and remember i hardly had any draft as i was spun into turn 1. And guys remember that if someone in front of you brakes early dosent give you the go ahead to make a move, try and look at two or even three cars ahead to see if it was contact or if the guy in front genuinely made a mistake. If you dont look ahead you'll end up wrecking someone's or even your race so please be carefull.

I figured this would be the best place to ask because all of you are quite quick in F1 cars. Which game has better driving physics for F1; GT5 or F1 2011?

Dude any codemasters game is arcade, it's not even close... GT5.

Codemasters' F1 games are good if you want all the toys, drs, kers, qualifying structure like current F1, all the cars/drivers/tracks etc, but the physics are clown as hell.

IMO the physics rank goes iRacing then rFactor then GT5.

Personally I like GT5 because the graphics are superior to rFactor and the physics on full sim are about the same and it's free unlike iRacing.

Thanks for the info Art. It's really easy to pass on the straights here there shouldn't be any reason to risk wrecking in the chicanes.

Guys even if you pass on the first turn etc you're just going to get passed back on the straight as soon as they get the draft, drive smart and help each other catch the leader. Many people you'll pass simply because they make a mistake while doing this and you won't have to worry about being risky.

Internet went out completely, just before the race :banghead: :mad:

Can't sign in, and even after several router resets can't connect at all. :grumpy: I don't know why I have such bad luck on race days...

Might not drive last race, season is already sewed up for me. Haven't decided yet let me know if you're interested in subbing.
 
Looking at the replay I noticed somthing odd when onbored other car's.
Everyones car was alot quicker on the straights than mine by like 10mph even not in a draft . I could only do like 206mph out of a draft and others where up to 10mph quicker?

What was the top speed you had on your Gearbox m8??
Edit - watching some of the replay here, its hard to penalize someone who spins and gets hit by multiple cars, its not like they can brake or move off line. I'm glad though that most of the turn 1 incidents were people making mistakes rather than getting contact, still early stages gotta wait for others to look at their replays too and let me know what they think.
 
I think most people had 224MPH, that's what i had i know IMMORTAL had the same, it woulda gotten you to to 211MPH on the straight with no draft.
