Ferrari not included in GT4

One thing i don´t understand is why Ferrari is not in GT4. Someone can tell me?

I think it's due to lisence issues, but not too cleared on that one

because polyphony could not obtain licenses. other games already have them.

apparently Ferrari and Porsche wanted more money for the license of there cars but i would of loved to drive the ferrari Enzo and the 360 round the nurb
maybe in GT5

EA own the license (that deal might be out of date now though, don't know). MS would've paid out their arse for Ferrari in Gotham, Forza. i think you can get anything for a price...
