First you've gotten something totally wrong with this part...
You may not change anything to do with tires, HP, weight, or downforce. Gearing, diffs, suspension are allowed to be tuned. All tires for all classes and cars will be locked to Racing Hards. There will be no aids, except for ABS set to 1 (even if you are using a controller).
Tires - yes thats a series spec thing so nothing wrong there.
HP/Weight - thats also a Balance of Performance thing.
Downforce - no thats at the discretion of each entrant as it makes a car faster or slower in more ways than one (more downforce = more drag = slower acceleration but fast thru corners vs less downforce = less drag = faster acceleration but slower thru corners)
Driver Aids - TCS is required on GT cars along with ABS
Now with that out of the way heres my entry.

To that I can only respond to the fact that in GT racing there ARE many aerodynamic regulations. While each team gets some liberty as to their aerodynamic setup, there are specific rules that try to ensure each team is on a level plain, as well as to differentiate each class.
As far as TCS, the TCS in race cars is far less intrusive than the lvl 1 TCS in GT5. Also none of these cars is going to be that hard control so it should not be a problem. If it is a problem I will just upgrade the tire rules.
Also you CANNOT chose your car, it will be selected at random. Also I have tested just about every car. The Corvette's need a little de-tuning but I have every car within 2 seconds. Now I have to tune them to 1 sec. Once I get there and there are enough people interesting I will begin the admin tuning.
If you do not like these regulations maybe a different series is best for you.
