They're called the Gran Turismo World Series, and whenever there's a season on we publish an article with the dates and approximate times of the races:

In GT7 they're Gran Turismo World Series races. Essentially the same thing just not endorsed by the FIA. They're in Sport Mode under "Championships" or on the GT website https://www.gran-turismo.com/gb/gt7/sportmode/championship/1103/1
