Would anyone who actually paid Fileplanet so you don't have to wait in line, mind sharing their log-on with me? I know this is a lot to ask, but waiting in line for 60 min for a 5 mb file is quite riduculous. Thanks.

I know, I know but I'm very impatient. Most downloads nowadays (game related at least) revolve around Fileplanet, and ever since they implemented the "wait-in-line" thing, it just made me mad.

That wait in line is fake anyway, they deliberately make you wait and say there are 200 people in front even when there isn't. They want to make you so mad at waiting that you subscribe on impulse, DON'T.

Just buy ADSL, it isn't that expensive now anyway so there's no excuse not to get it. Unless there's no provider around to give it to you.

As long as the file isn't a "Fileplanet Exclusive," just make a free account at Gamespot.com and download the file from there.

There are no lines whatsoever. Just download the program for downloading stuff off their site and you're set. Downloads are pretty fast too, depending on your sources. I average 125 kb/s, but I've gotten up to 325 kb/s.
