I just got my copy of the Pal prolouge by mail a minute ago!

I'm going to try to give u guys a kinda review, a short one tho. But I have to do it tomorrow, because I don't really have the game now, tomorrow is the big day as PjotrStroganov said

I've heard some negative things of someone who has played it.

First of all, the camera angle is to low.
Second, you can't throttle and brake with the right analog stick. Which I normally do.
Third, some popup.

Positive things.
Better driving physics: braking, steering, etc...
Nice sound.
Better grafix.
Difficult licence tests.

Thats what i've heard.

I heard that the licence tests were too easy.

Please someone write a little review on Prologue, I can't wait any longer for the gameto play. Hard license tests is GOOD!

Ooh! a review. Well er, don't want to be a downer, but it's rubbish.

The handling of the cars is awful. They understeer badly. The handbrake doesn't seem to work, especially on the Grand Canyon track.
While trying to slide around a corner, sometimes the car just dies, even though you have your finger on the accelerator.

The Italian track is too narrow, and isn't that enjoyable, and neither is the Gran Canyon track. Because of the understeering, I was bouncing off the imaginary walls on the rally track. You even bounce off the gap, (nothing there but Grand Canyon) in the tape barrier. Bouncing off the tape is one thing, there has to be a walls, but you also bounce off clumps of grass. At least make them rocks.

The spectators running off the rally track after taking a picture, got repetitive and irritating after one lap.

The 2 tarmac tracks are boring and lifeless, and hard to differentiate from each other. The New York track at least looks graphically like a GT4 track, although it is a bit short.

I said on the Prologue Forum, TRY BEFORE YOU BUY, if you have the chance.

I hope if you have got it, you can enjoy it, it is a very big disappointment to me.

I hope the bad handling doesn't transfer to the Sim side of the game. If it does, it will be one of the biggest mess ups in gaming history.

I saw a replay with BMW M5 on chita di aria and it was awesome! That guy didn't touch a wall!

Vat man has a whole different impression of gt4p. Maybe red, you need a wheel. You can't see how good gt4p is with a dual shock controller

For a game series that has made the best use of a DualShock pad, I shouldn't have to buy a wheel to continue to enjoy it. The vast majority of the people who buy the game, use a DualShock pad, maybe not here, but most players do. If they mess that up, they're going to p*ss a lot of people off.

My assessment of GTP was sincere. It may not be the popular opinion, but I can't help that. I thought I'd let people know that not everyone thinks it is brilliant.

I thougt GTP Pal was great!
Love the new handling model. Much harder to master!
I heard the M5 were supposed to be in but I haven't found it and I've finished all the test.
Any clues?

Prologue is best GT so far in terms of handling. But that is IMHO. Nice to hear different opp.

As for M5, it is a bonus car for all golds in second section of licence tests.

Hmmm, I don't think KY would putt a big majority of the gamers at a disadvantage by making controller input more difficult than steering input.
