Firefox question

For reasons I can't be bothered going into, I need to do a fresh OS install on our laptop. This isn't too much of a bother, except for the fact that my wife doesn't know any of the passwords (or sometimes usernames) for the miriad of sites she visits on a daily basis.

Now, Firefox has the ability to export your bookmarks, but can I export the autocomplete type stuff? I know I can view the usernames and passwords it has stored, but I'd much rather not have to write them all down for my missus.

If you want to keep settings from one install and use it on another i recommend "Firefox Enviroment Backup Extension" or FFBE for short.

It can export all data.

I think it's easier to use Sync, an addon from Mozilla itself. It handles your history, bookmars, passwords, etc. in just one thing. And you can of course use it to sync your browsers in different computers.
