Having enjoyed watching the Anime series Delicious in Dungeon on Netflix, i splashed out on the box set (with a decent discount) of the actual books. It is all in English, but being originally Japanese, you read the books from back to front. Only in excess of 2500 pages to read!
Iâve read all four of them, first when I was 14, then again at 21, and again at 28.
I got these today. More Patreon rewards from Yoshi Yoshıtani. Theyâre 4x6 prints. Each month, the artist selects a palette and a theme, and then creates three images based on them. The first one is called âYear of the Fire Horseâ and was the February reward. It was sent to my old address and then returned to sender rather than forwarded to my new address, despite the fact I turned in a change of address with my post office. The company that sends those out for Yoshi Yoshıtani contacted me, got my new address, and sent it back out with the June rewards. The June rewards theme was âBisexual Love Trianglesâ. The photo of the back shows the palette chosen for each set. Now that Iâm retired, I have to watch every penny. Iâve cancelled half of my Patreon subscriptions, but this one wonât get cancelled. I love the art too much.
I ordered a poster from Japan - it's from the original release of 'The Boy and The Heron' (known as 'How Do You Live?' in Japan).
My sister took me to IKEA to buy a 50 x 70 cm frame for it, but it was too small - the poster is Japanese B2, which was marginally too big for the frame, so my sister went back to IKEA this morning to get an even bigger frame, and it looks brilliant!
Finally, my little display spotlights (ÂŁ10 each) arrived.
