hehe bounti lol

i just liked the update so much, that's why i installed it :) i can now go on internet with my psp, i already downloaded phew mp3's! i downloaded a song of 7mb in 21seconds :D

Wow...I never thought of doing that! lol Now I can get my UT2k4 mods quick and easy! Now if only I could get the darned update....*kicks dial-up modem* stupid thing.

BTW for those who haven't gotten the 2.0 update yet, you'll need the 1.52 update first. I kept downloading the 2.0 update and trying to run it and it kept saying "Error: game could not be started". I finally caught wise and downloaded 1.52, installed it, downloaded 2.0, installed it, and now it's all good to go!

The browser is neat but it seems to "run out of memory" a lot at the forums even with images turned off. Anyone know how to fix this?

That is not true that you have to install 1.52 first. I didn't. You just didn't created the maps good. And running out of memory, isn't true also. It is your WIFI that can't send more kb per second. You need a real fast WIFI adapter. And fast internet..

I created the maps perfectly. The system itself is saying "Out of memory" or some such. Though the connection was in question: it was hosting three Xboxs at the same time. lol (Battlefield 2 demo in case anyone is wondering)

I had that problem too, RedWolf.

Run the browser and press the Triangle button > Tools > Settings > Cache Settings > set it at 2048 KB and restart your PSP.

Should fix the memory problems.

Ah. Didn't know you had to restart the system for that setting. I'd changed it to that, but didn't restart it and the problem persisted.

Thanks a ton! 👍

Thats a cool font for the web browser. ANybody know what it's called?

BF2 Demo? Losah :D Me pwns BF2 Official aight ^^

Butteh, 2.000 is ok, but I want that the next movie is gonna start when the other ends.. Can I make my own MTV :D

To expensive. I don't see the point in getting a portable gaming device for the same price as a console.

The PSP isn't just about gaming. It combines at least four devices into one, being able to play MP3 and AAC files, video and movies, browse the Internet, and playing games of course. Having one device that does all of that will save you money and is well worth the $249.

Your pocket will thank you.

:dopey: butt butt... my laptop does all that like I said and granted it's bigger, big deal. I still just don't see what's the point. I just feel like someones dragging me onto the bandwagon because of all the hype.

No, I don't have an iPoo and I hate Starbucks.

I meant to sat that a laptop isn't exactly a fashion accessory. That is why a PSP fits my personality better.

Ok... cool, you were worrying me for a sec there. Anyway, yeah... my only problem with the PSP in your case is that thing will not stay too new around me. Apparently, I'm a great person for product durability. I think a laptop can take more of me than that little nice and fragile PSP. :grumpy:

It would ruin my atractivity walking around with a laptop. PSP is sexy, elegant and, I don't know somehow the girls also like it :D

I keep my sons pictures on it and when I show chicks his pics on it they're always impressed by the little device. I've dropped over $400 on my PSP and xtra stuff.

To people who complain about the price of memory sticks they dont seem to realize a PS2/Xbox memory card is 8mb, slow and $24.99. a 32mb MS is much faster , the same price and 1/8 the size and weight. Imagine how much a standard 256MB PS2 memory card would cost compared to a $35-50 256 MS.

Today I bought a 16MB PS2 MC. It was 25€. It's from Codejunkies. It's pretty fast.

This is going way to offtopic..

No, but you can still apply both the Japanese or the US firmware to your PSP, they are exactly the same.
