First GTA Car Rolling Out

Ive been running my Academy 370Z 2008 in blue for the last week online, Yoy wouldn't believe how many people fell for it thinking i had the prize car early LOL

I've been at it for well over a month mate, great fun making up reasons as to how I was given it early haha, did the same for the GT-R Academy special lol

You only get cars for golding all events in a round.

Yes... as long as you golded all the events in round 1

Yes, you will still recieve the GTA Leaf if you golded that round as it is a prize car from GTA and has nothing to do with the DLC.

You can still do it. I fully golded round 7 a few days ago. Of course, your rankings do not change. Just hit X when you get the message of doom.

I only did :

1-1 Gold
1-2 Silver
1-3 Bronze

None im afraid, You have to gold all events if you dont you will only receive the suit.

Just the Leaf for now, that's a bit odd. I got mine on both US and Colombian PSN and there are already rooms of people racing only the Leaf.

I hope they release the cars/gear daliy and not weekly or bi-weekly or monthly since they will be invalid after january 25th if you haven't redeemed them from your gift box

Ummmm, wanna bet? There were 2 events that I had silver and are now gold. I did them a few days ago. I got the same message stating I would get the prize cars. The trophy even changed color from silver to gold..

Try it on a secondary account or your GTP account.

That could be good news for those that have not entered, I know for sure your times will not be uploaded as we have passed the closure date but good if you can still gold. Does this mean those that havent golded will still get there cars if they gold them now ??

I just received the Leaf G (GT Academy) '11 in my gift box. Thoughts anyone? Looks like they're giving them out day by day.

Sucks that it's one car per day, but at least we get our cars :/.

I won all golds with my main account, but my secondary account is what I use for collecting.
I won gold on the 1st two rounds on Sunday.
I just tried to continue, can do it, get a message telling me it's closed

I understand its the same academy car as the 2008 except its colour, Now we do get a paint chip with the new cars so just trade for the chip and paint your old 2008 370Z academy.

This photo is NOT the new prize but an example in the new colours. Painted of the chip that comes with the academy leaf car.

The stickers will be different on the "new" Academy prize cars... they say 2012 on them, so anyone paying a little bit of attention will know you're faking.

Yup, and I just checked both accounts.
Main account has the Leaf, second does not.

You can no longer play the Academy. It closed a few days ago while I was on the track. The server is down plus you get a message that it no longer can be played. Just tried it for verifacation.

Read the post I typed very clearly in capitol letters that is was NOT the 2012 car
