Considering you start out with next to no cash... shouldn't everyone start there list on the lower end?

1. 1991 Mazda RX-7 (2nd Gen Turbo)
2. 1992 BMW E30 M3
3. 1998 Toyota Supra Mk IV
4. 1999 Mazda RX-7 Spirit Type R
5. 1998 BMW E36 M3 Evolution
6. 1999 Lotus Esprit 350 Sport

Need to think about the rest. Ferrari F40 & McLaren F1 are both towards the end of my list... just not sure about what falls in between. Obviously my list requires the inclusion of BMW's entire M3 catalog.

I'm going to go with any ten from prologue, as I'll know they'll likely all be premium.

This brings up a question. Will premium cars cost any more in-game credits at all? I'm betting no, but then won't everyone get the sexy looking premium cars first? Or resent paying a lot for a fast (standard) car that doesn't look very sexy in comparison?

I know I'll try to keep to the premium models as much as possible. I'd feel kinda 'punished' for liking a car that's not premium, especially if it wasn't any cheaper than the premium ones.

P.S.
If you think about it having 200 premium cars is enough, since almost 80% of the cars we want is premium. Like the NSX, GTR, RX7, Ferrari's, Some muscle cars, Nascars etc etc.
 
Hey, didn't I mention that there's no arguing about Premium and Standard cars? I don't even want them mentioned in this thread. Please, let's keep this thread somewhat civilized.

👍 Absolutely agree with you. I do hope both E30 and E36 M3 will finally be in the GT roster. It's has been a shame not to include them.

I agree with you on the "used" car list... The first top ten car of my GT5 garage would most likely have used cars only starting with the Honda Prelude, it has been now a tradition of mine to start with that car.

Muscle cars! Then Ferraris/Lambos since they're new to the series and I wanna try them out. I really hope there's a premium 67 GT500 Mustang in GT5. If so, that's the car I'm aiming for ASAP.

My first 10 will be any premum old muscle car! I have a major soft spot for the old classics like the Challenger, Camaro & Corvette. My garage will be full of those! In GT4 I would collect every single color of all of the old muscle cars! :)

Yes...when someone finds the "Money Maker" race in GT5, let us know...There's always been one. Since the Sunday Cup in GT1 (that got you the Mazda Demio that you could sell for like 40,000cr each) to the most recent Citta 'di Aria race in GT4 that got you a Toyota RSC Rally Raid Truck that could be sold for around 250,000cr.
 
I dunno, but I'm definitely gonna try to get the Tesla Roadster ASAP.
