First you had the swing glitch... now the airport glitch

I found this video online after being prompted to search for information on it. Me and a mate were in a free mode with over a dozen players and were both on the airport roof picking people off with sniper rifles and rocket launchers, yet suddenly we both started getting hit by a player who we couldn't even see. We looked on the main terminal roof and nobody was there, I took a heli to see where he was and nothing.

We concluded he must have somehow got inside the terminal building so my mate did a quick search and came up with the vid below:



It sometimes takes a while to get in, but once you're inside you're basically invincible. It's amusing for a bit until either a) people suss you out and try to get in themselves, b) you go OTT and people get sick of you blasting them whenever they're remotely in range and try to kick you or c) nobody is in view so you're basically doing nothing!

Best to use the glitch sparingly. I guess it's "cheating", but then GTA isn't the most "honest" of games anyway. All's fair in love, and particularly war :D

I wonder how people find these glitches...Look theres some swings lets drive a car into it!

or hmmm lets get into the airport somehow. look theres an Arch I must try jumping!
 
I can guess how the airport glitch was found. I've tried to jump or climb up that arch before but never thought about getting inside. If someone a little more persistant than me tried they would have found that every so often when you jump part of your character goes inside the building. Then it just takes a little more to go entirely in. Again, the swing glitch was probs by accident too, someone driving up there and bashing into the swing by mistake and being fired!
 
Wow, thats pretty trippy. I don't really like people who do this because its always the little annoying kids who talk to much, I know because I was doing this stuff to piss people off just a few years ago ;)
 
Yeah I saw this the other day, went on google and found a video on it.
 
I tried it while playing Multiplayer GTA RACE (Taxiing)-- managed to get a few kills from inside (took me a few tries to get in)-- great place as the other cars have to slow down so much on that turn after entering the gate... it did get old after a few minutes.... and I ran out of weapons.

What do you mean swings? I have heard of this but never actually saw it or done it
 
Swing Glitch!! Is this on the XBOX or PS3??. I have searched all over and cannot find any swings. I have seen videos on this but cant find them anywhere.
 
It's on all versions, and most videos give you the exact location of the swing set in question so you don't have to hunt them...

I tried for 5 minutes, didn't work for me. It seems to be like the park glitch, sometimes it is working every time you try, and sometimes it doesn't work at all...

I meet 2 others players last night who were lauching rockets (from the inside) thru the walls of the big warehouse, the last huge building that is located just North-west of the Helicopters parking, with the 2 trailers parked against it.
I was kind of pissed off, because everytime I wanted to fly an Helicopter, they blasted me right away. I waited for them to go out, and I took my revenge by blasting them twice both in the same time.

Is there anybody here who knows where is the glitch on this building ?

I do know how to but really the only way I can show is by showing you on the game myself. You require a helicopter and to land in a certain spot where you just pass through the land. If you know where the ferris wheel is, there is a little go kart track next to it.

According to the compass on GTA IV, the section of track you pass through is the very south east corner right next to the wall and the fence. You get in that spot and bounce up and down with the chopper and you should eventually get under the map, once you know the glitch it doesnt take to long to get under next time.
 
I know where is the go kart track. If I understand you well, the glitch that is located on the go kart track will send me directly inside the building that is on the top north of the airport, is that right ?
 
No you will end up under the map, hang low under the map, then fly all the way to any building you want to go in, then once directly underneath, raise the chopper through the ground. Thats if you get under at all.
 
Does anyone know how to get in the warehouse on the Alderney Prison map? If you've played a few deathmatches there before you will probably know what I'm talking about. I can't find anything on it but I am assuming its got something to do with 'wall-sliding'. That is, jumping on to the corner of one of the connecting walls and shimmying into the side of the building. I've tried this but still no luck at all.
 
Why dont you just grab a chopper an go under? Or is this in deathmatch where you cant really do this.

Yes, in deathmatch. In at least every 3-4 games someone makes themselves invincible by getting inside the building.
