Thank you for the review and DC :) Some oversteer and understeer issues, as for the brakes, maybe the racing brake is too much ? It's weird with ABS 1 is gives understeer moments, and when I drove with ABS 0 it keeps skidding rear tires ( often went red/locks )
My pleasure :cheers:
From my experience, with ABS 1, It is almost impossible to lock the rear under braking (you really need to try hard to make ih happen :mischievous:). But if there is any sort of steering lock at all, the fronts will lock up pretty easily :guilty:.

I did a test once on straight line braking with ABS on/off (with my DS3 config ,)) and found front wheel locking under braking could occur as low as 3 on normal brakes with ABS 0 with a 3/10 BB and only started to lock the rear first at 2/10 :crazy: (Car and track played a factor ,)). But with ABS 1, on racing brakes a 0/10 BB still wouldn't lock the rear first :odd:.

As anyone that's had a review from me in the past year in the CotM will tell you (and they're probably fed up hearing about it and going :rolleyes: right now :lol:) for me racing brakes are unnecessary for anything other than racing tyres (even some times with RH/R-int/wets) with or without ABS. I've spared you my thoughts in this previously because I know your targets for tuning are different than most :) In fan club races the Racing Brake: Optional rule saved my bacon a number of times (Thanks @danbojte ;)👍) :D

My apologies, a bit later than expected due to unexpected good weather :D. Yes It actually was sunny and fairly warm in Scotland :eek:, so I had to go enjoy it while it lasted ;) And also for the slow times bringing down the averages, I'm a little rusty :embarrassed:. Going to need to get some practice in the new seasonals :)

You may see a pattern in the last 3 places ;) It's exactly as it looks, No flat floor= bad idea :lol: But big props for doing it your way guys :bowdown:

Impressions and feedback; This is one that I would have never guessed in a blind testing environment. I know you ran short of time and I'm sorry to say I think it shows :(. This car felt very odd indeed for you. not the usual dependable smooth style, but a little dis-jointed. Brakes were good, stopped the thing well and the BB was almost perfect for my style (5/7 was better ;)). I would say the main culprit of the odd driving sensations was the LSD, to tight on braking and not tight enough on accel (inside rear was burning up a lot on the in-field) I think a more "conventional" set-up would have suited better.(11/15/15 perhaps). Given a few more laps I should be able to break into the 1:33s, but on the plus side, it was very consistent around the 1:34.5 mark for most of my laps (exept the 2nd one, where I went and built some sandcastles at turn 3 :crazy: My fault completely :embarresed:) This is scoring a lot lower than I expected, sorry Shaun.
Thanks for the review. This tune throughout this event has been hit and miss. Not much I could do with the time I had so I went with what I could drive at my limits. Your not the first tester to not get along with the tune so don't worry about it. :) Thanks for taking the time to test and I hope to give you something a little more you in future events.

Impressions and feedback;
(#12) Understeer, just amounts what can be corrected by picking different rim.
I had difficulties with gear choices, didn't get clear signal what gear would fit on current corner. Despite slight understeer car was pretty stable and driveable, gearbox sounded/felt to short, like not using available amount of torque, instead screaming engine without benefits.

thanks for tests it even though wrong in the transmission could not change because he had posted, good performance:cheers:

Impressions and feedback; Good turn in, Very good brakes, Transmission a little short for the long straight but when combined with the LSD settings you have, it minimises wheel spin/slippage in the mid-high speed corners beautifully. One downside is the wheel spin I had in the slow S’s in the mickey mouse section. I struggled to get the power down in the low gears sometimes but this is minor in the grand scheme of things. Great job on this one!

Lap Time 1:31.836; DC Rank 11;
Impressions and feedback; Too much understeer when getting on the oval, I had to have perfect turn in on the final corner or it would push to the wall. Gearing could have been a touch longer for my liking. That said, it was for the most part good in the infield section with just a touch of understeer. Hard to be consistent, moving ballast position rearward might help.

Impressions and feedback: What a difference one missed setting can do...this car was undriveable...it felt like an ice storm descended on Indy. I could not finish one single lap! FINALLY, by short shifting all around the course, I completed ONE lap with a blistering time of 1:38.154. What!?!? I am starting to really like tunes by Xande and there is no way his car is 7 seconds slower than the previous car. I doubled check all the settings and tried again...same problem. Now what do I do? I can not drive this car.:banghead: I took one last look at the settings before I send @Otaliema a PM and my

Impressions and feedback; This car is very well built for not having a lot if any track time due to your illness. It handled the high speed turns with total ease. The transmission was a tad short so that hurt it going into turn 1. I couldn’t seem to carry the speed through the turns like I wanted, it didn’t take to my form of trail braking very well it under steered in each turn when I tried, so resorted to straight line and it worked much better that way. What really slowed me up was the last 4 turns on the in field. I couldn’t carry enough speed and I couldn’t lay into the throttle soon enough to make up for the slower turning. Entry and exit grip was great but mid corner felt like it was lacking. Over all good tune, very easy to be consistent with it, but also very easy to go past it’s limits and kill the lap.

Nice stable car. Good under braking and decent turn in. Would have liked a little more rotation mid corner.

Impressions and feedback; I know the translation gets lost some times. So :bowdown: Amazing, Fun :), Fast :eek: and did I say Fun? :D:tup: From the first lap, this was nothing short of complete pleasure. Still a good bit of time left out there due to short number of laps ran. I can't fault it at all. Much better to drive your tunes with MT 👍 A change of BB to suit my preference and this thing's perfect. Great job Xande

@Ale67
Lap Time: 1:32.704 DC Rank: 11

Impressions and feedback: I can see why Lionheart picked this tune for his DC champion...this tune felt exactly like his tune! A Brother-in-arms tune for sure!! For a minute, I thought I forgot to change the tab under the car settings page and was still driving Lionheart's car! I generally like Ale67's tunes but this car/track combo was uncomfortable for me...very hard to drive and keep the car pointed where I wanted it to go. I am very sorry Ale67...:nervous::embarrassed::nervous:

@Bass Addict thanks for your review. 👍 Use the steering wheel or DS3?

Great car, as long as I didn’t kamakazi a turn it stuck great, little to no wheel spin, over all this is a fast consistent tune that would be great at any track. It is so well done there isn’t anything to say about it :lol: :D Great job sir.

@Otaliema thanks for your "Great job sir". I'm happy for 3th DC. 👍

Had the rotation that I wanted on Shaun's car, but lacked the stablility on corner entry and exit that Shaun provided. Complete opposite to most of the other cars as the fastest lap was the 1st, not the last.

@biffa3 thanks, happy for 5th DC. 👍

@Ale67
Lap Time; 1:34.287 DC Rank; 7
Impressions and feedback; This was actually pretty sweet, but nothing special. Consistent but not quite as fast as it could have been. I felt the transmission was spot on for what I was looking for but I thing the initial torque setting was a lot too low to really get the best out of the car IMO. BB not good for me either, but the braking was pretty good in general, just a hint of understeer on entry at times,
Don't know if that's the first time I've tried a tune from you, but I'll be trying more in the future I'm sure :).

@Thorin Cain thanks for review, see you next FITT

Thank for the time and effort testing.
Judging by the DC score I see you get along with my car which I totally understand it was a handful this time.
I'll get your times loaded later. Wife gave me a big honey do list today.

Otaliema, Your tune was tested first, it was hard giving out DC for the bottom 75% Nobody especially deserved to be ranked last. I might have just given a lot of tunes 6.5 out of ten with the other ranking method. Your tune did well to post a fast time for being tested first.

Sinof1337 was not tested earlier. His car went to #3, the middle order all moved down one rank. I skipped past his tune as I tested so I didn't have to go to the home screen to remove the flat floor.
