Why do you want a physical disc? The content needs to be streamed from Microsoft so it’s not any quicker

It had a very rocky start and was released way too early but it’s really a fantastic sim right now.
I only fly in VR and it is far and away the most amazing and immersive gaming experience I’ve had in 45+ yrs of gaming.
I don’t have a super system ( RTX 4070, Ryzen 7 3700 and 64 gig of ram with a Pico 4 headset) and it’s so stable now and largely stutter free ( occasional micro stutter around busy airports)
If anyone has even the slightest interest in flight then this sim will amaze you 🙏🏻

I only buy physical unless it's something really cheap. Against digital, just old school like that.

I'll be really honest here- the only time I'm ever tempted to try VR is while watching your FS videos.

This is probably the only game that could convince me to get a PS VR2, if the implementation on that works anywhere near as well as on PC.

I’m generally of the opinion that FS2020 > FS2024 and I own both games in the most expensive editions on S|X, but if the VR mode is good I’ll double dip on PS5Pro.

I have the disc version so for whatever reason I am not able to get the Beta version
I guess if you bought the game from the PlayStation Store, then you are eligible to get the Beta version right now, and fly in VR2... Let us know how it goes....

I played the beta and it was really good. I don’t think the graphics are as good as GT7 (not many games are to be fair), I struggled to read some of the text in the cockpit but it was great fun. Looking forward to this version

The game is constantly streaming data so the graphics may vary depending on your connection speed. I saw some tips like turning off the real time weather and traffic, that may boost things a little.

Possibly. But I’m on 900Mbps and it’s mainly inside the cockpit. I expect like in flat, having a Pro would improve this - sadly that would require a divorce though
