Hi Gtuuk,

Was just wondering if I can give it a crack tonight. Have looked down the list and although recongnise names, don't think that I have been racing with any in particular.

However, I have been racing every night with a bunch of good racers (Zip, Dararo, Capn-Badger, Marris etc) and have improved enough to get involved (I believe).

I understand though that you have not seen me in your rooms enough (once I think) to verify me so if it's a 'not just yet but thanks' then that's cool.

Let me know, and thanks. :nervous:
 
Thanks guys but it looks like I may have to give it a miss - not going to get control of the TV in time by the looks of it.

If I can make it I will, but have a good clean race everyone if I can't :ouch:

One decision tonight really ticked me off. Penalising someone for not hearing the caution and then telling them to go to the back. Even though he did wait for everyone to catch up.
 
pretty sure you are talking about me' that is correct i never seen or heard anyone call it out ! The caution that is' what i did hear was for me to go the back ' i did just that ...........i want to explain what happened' i do believe i was running 4th or 5th at the time and went to make a run on the highside and shot by everybody ' my first thought was i got the big lag bump and then i realised i was way to ahead for that ' and then that's when heard what is his problem and was told to go to the back. i did talk to chad about it after the race........have not spoke to gtuuck as of yet

Agree chat and cautions is tough when it isnt implemented in the game it self. Rouch you dont need to explain I know how you race. As far as you starting in the back that was a decision made bye a race admin again it was all because of miss communication.I apologize if it affected your finish. On to next week
 
Something i was not happy about tonight was the pack bumping at about the 3/4 mark of the race. The last thing i wanna do is start a no bumping rule as that will kill the racing. Consider this a Warning to Everyone I will not tolerate it again. Next time i see crashes due to mid pack bumping i will subtract points. Now all in all it was a good race and im looking foward to the next one. Ill update the points after i figure out who finished first cause chad and I have a tie for 1st as far as the finish order goes

noway im saying it affected my finish .....fully understand things like this happens' like you said on to next week
 
After some testing this morning I have found out with a grid start the pole position starts on the outside. We will no longer have grid starts and will have a rolling x2 starts in the future. I also did some tests with rolling starts and it puts the pole position on the inside. So congrats to NitrouStang for pole position again this week. I will update the pts after i watch the replay a few times
 
Good race last night guys! This week was definitely a lot more intense mid pack, but we still had some pretty good runs. Alot of single file fast racing which i think probably caused some people to get antsy about gettin a good run on the leaders.

Congrats to the winners gtuuk and chadwicks!👍

I can see i am definitely gonna need some practice before next week.
 
all in all a good race, even though i found every wreck, car must have had a magnet on the front. only thing i didn't understand was the passing during the cautions. still looking forward to next week though.
 
It was a fun face while it lasted for me. I got disconnected around lap 50. i do want to apologize for a wreck I caused sometime earlier in the race. There was stuff happening at my house and I got distracted for a second. Thats all it takes a 200 mph. My fault entirely! Next time Ill have to go to the bedroom and lock myself in for the race. So do I get 0 points this week gtuuk?

Ditto. 90% of it was just good clean racing. The final 10 laps tend to become a bit of a mosh pit, but hopefully the replays will clear up any rule infractions.

I noticed some passing during cautions too. It's tough to know when exactly a caution comes out, so its tough to figure when it's an actual violation and when it's racers just taking back positions they think they lost because they slowed down first, but I did my best to keep track of it when I saw it and let the admins try and figure it out.
 
I admit i took back my spot when i kept getting passed on the cautions, i let a few go but i did take back my spot on one. It was getting old. no big deal. this league is very very close on how things should be done, but when you count on people "policing themselves" it not going to be 100%. still a very damn good league, and drivers.
 
I agree with both you guy's....on two different cautions somebody went into the pits when pit road was closed....and did not answer when asked who was in the pit's, then I watched that same car(on my map, I keep it on full track view) drive through the pack and pass cars....this should not be happening. This is the first time I have ever seen this happen in our league....and not very cool in my opinion. I think all the "new drivers" should take some time to read the rules....and for the people that are getting passed, you should call it out on the mic so the admins can hear the name of the driver breaking the rules....dont be rude and call anybody names, but they cant see what is going on. But need to know about it. for the most part it was a great race though. Congrats Gtuuk...you ran a great race.

Don't forget that sometimes we just can't communicate when we've got 16 people plus lag... Some guy might not hear you or you might not hear him. Lots of times no one can hear me at all, and other times I can only hear half a conversation because I can't hear one of the guys.
 
Points updated guys. What do you guys think about a Daytona 500 at the end of the season for the top 16 in pts again i will give away a prize car. let me know
