For a drift setup, what do you set your gear ratios to??

i start buying the necessary things like transmissio, etc and ill go what i got and i leave the settings alone

put in high acceleration ratios for the car that i use to drift (speed drifting!)

I just leave it alone.

it depends on the car and how much power you have.

then again, it doesnt matter. with some cars, i like to alter 5th so that i wont have to shift back to 4th in a long drift around superspeedway, etc.

like what Omnis says, it depends on the car and how much power...

normally you'd have closer ratios for low powered cars, and wider for the more powerful cars...

I just use my normal racing gear ratios.. well.. if u find ur car revs really low u might wanna tune them a little tighter. but if you find you have to shift too much you might want to tune the car for higer speed.

stock gears with the 3rd gear higher and 5th lowered. but thats for any thing below 350hp.and GT2 so i have no say in this so ill go sulk in my corner with my GT2 disk in my hand
