... and in honour of the greatest gentleman racer of our time, I present:

The Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 GT Corse by Rinaldi Racing #333!

This car was made famous by Russian businessman and amateur racing driver Vadim Kogay, who competed in the Pro-Am section of the Blancpain Endurance Series with co-drivers Marco Seefried, Rinat Salikhov and Norbert Siedler. It came to prominence during the 2014 3 Hour race at Monza, when he seemed to have difficulty with three of the six corners:

Kogay and the car were later involved in a massive crash at Spa that left Kessel Racing driver Marcus Mahy - who was reportedly coasting off the racing line, while nursing a puncture - requiring spinal surgery. Kogay's car was destroyed by fire following the accident.

So if, like Kogay, you're having trouble keeping your car on the track and out of competitors' doors, here's the livery for you:

This is my livery for my 458 GT3 for now on. I still remember seeing that clip.

Video looks a lot like GTS online... a bit too ambitious with the entry speeds

Vadim Kogay
Can I assume you are also familiar with other all-time greats of this particular genre? Heck, you've probably even met some of them with your line of work.

Legends like Chanoch Nissany, Yuji Ide, Gaston Mazzacane, Jean-Denis Deletraz, Giovanni Lavaggi, Taki Inoue, Luca Badoer and many others.

I've always been a fan of the backmarkers, the also-rans, the has-beens and the never-was.

Bless them all.

Can't seem to find the livery. Even looking through all the 458 Gr.3's I can't find it.

They only seem to sit around for a couple of days. I'll post it up again now. Look for the #kogay hashtag
