Where do you go on PS3 to change settings for force feedback wheel?

Pretty sure it's in the first box in the wheel section ;not connected to the wheel you have)

You have steering mode, FFB and power steering settings.

So I can adjust my DFGT without going into GT5? Is this under peripherals?

Just out of curiosity what exactly is force feed back?

In gt5 under settings then select your wheel from the selection of wheels and I'm pretty sure the options for Force Feedback will be there.

Steering wheel related.
Simulated effects like spring return on wheel etc. generated by an electrical motor.

I think it's the vibrations through the wheel and what makes it stiffer. Because if you unplug the power cord that plugs into an outlet the wheel will be loose and won't come back to center by its self.

Ok thanks, would you recommend turning it on when I first try mine out or should I wait until I'm used to the wheel.

Turn it on. It gives much more realism.

You can't set it for the entire PS3, only per game.
