I guess you could say that the Camaro is rare but I would suggest exclusive as a more fitting word as I know I'll never see one show up in any car dealership. The so-called "rare" cars will at least show up every once in a while.
That being said I do not believe that any "available to all" car is rare.

So does the 2005 no stripe come in all the colors of the regular 05 except without stripes?

Yes, the basic colors are the same except that the paint on the regular '05 is clearcoat and the paint on the no stripe is not.

The No Stripe is slightly better in a straight line as well as better handling. However, I was slightly more comfortable in the '02. Really, If you choose any Ford GT you're in for a fun ride. I love the GT because of the handling characteristics of it, grippy until you push it too far, then it oversteers constantly. I actually have 3 No Stripes, I just buy one every time I see one. You can never have too many I suppose.

Sorry thats not rare its impossible now Doh.
If you want to be pedantic about it try getting all the stealths and chromelines.
I was merely refering to ingame cars.
