Ford was so right that I even bought a used CUV because it just does the job better than a cheaper car would have. Taller, better visibility, better ground clearance, bigger box for cargo, AWD for year-round capability. As it turns out, the 2005 Rav4 is basically the definition of a huge segment of modern super popular entry-level CUVs.
