Seems like Red Bull - Porsche won't happen. At least not as shareholder.

Helmut Marko: "Porsche will not become a shareholder with us."

It's the end of Red Bull - Porsche

Wasn’t sure where to post this but what’s going on with FiA investigation into Redbull cost cap breach 2021?

Seems like they’ve said that Redbull did indeed breach but nothing is happening…

Likely waiting For Red Bull to either confirm and accept punishment or deny and require an even longer investigation. Either way, we probably won't hear anything substantial until after the season is over.

This is what happens when punishments come at the end of a season.

There was an interview with Lewis recently with him saying that if they had even 500k more to spend they could have upgraded the W12 even more, but they didn’t have the money due to cost cap, yet Redbull continually rolled out upgrades all year long (2021)

Kind of stinks that Redbull doesn’t have to follow the rules and is seemingly getting away with it. Multiple drivers championships and now a constructors championship as well. Smh

Freitas out of RC

For the remaining races of the 2022 Formula 1 season, the FIA will not use the system of rotating the role of Race Director. From the United States Grand Prix in Austin and the following races in Mexico, Brazil and Abu Dhabi, Niels Wittich will assume the position of Race Director with the support of Race Control staff.

This doesn't belong anywhere really, except the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix thread next year, but it's the F1 Vegas GP launch party for some reason this weekend:

Looks like a W12 with neon underglow, and the Red Bull has headlights...

I'm just dreading all the commentary Vegas cliches and metaphors. Constantly. All weekend.
Red Bull will absolutely fist all of the existing rules and claim that "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas".

Also every channel will use A Little Less Conversation as the intro theme.

On the upside, I can't wait to see how many people dump $5K on rooms only to realize you won't be able to see anything meaningful out of 90% of them.

Well, that's pretty much every room that wasn't comped by the casino. You're not going to get a good view with that kind of pocket change, after all.

That much is obvious considering all the rooms being seen listed for such prices are under even $500/night normally.
