They've been having that problem for at least 50 years. They're never gonna learn.
Only exception is when Schumacher basically took control of the team.
 
Norris is clearly faster, but it won’t be enough.

Too bad he got Verstappen‘ed at the start - this would have been a nice mini comeback.
 
Hamiltons tires have lost their extra grip now due to leaving him behind Leclerc for too long. Shame as his race pace has been very impressive today.

It's not like Alonso + HAM, Piastri has already had a season in that car under his belt so he's not that fresh-faced.
