Red Bull haven't been the fastest at all the previous tracks because of superior top speed, no it's because of having superior downforce, their advantage is all in the corners, but as far as straights go, Red Bull is behind. Montreal relies far more on straightline speed and far less on downforce, as there aren't that many corners, and the few that are there don't need that much downforce.
Ok, now you're going into criticism of Ferrari fans. I didn't even say that Ferrari will win, I was just saying that it wasn't impossible.
