Is the race on ESPN2 at 1am EST in the US? My guide is showing Formula 1: Grand Prix Sunday at midnight followed by UFC 272. I assume my guide is wrong again like for qualifying last week, but can anyone confirm?

Yes, it should immediately follow the Pre-Race show that begins at 10:30AM Central.

My co-worker was going through the same thing trying to set his DVR for it.
 
Currently the race is planned to start at the regular time - no delay.

Yeah these plastic advertising hoardings have been annoying for ages, go back to painting the tyre walls and get rid of these things that fall on the driver and hide them when they crash.
