Warning for slippery track, possibly oil from Gasly

Hamilton looks like he's still got good pace with those old mediums. At this point he might pull off a double medium stint, or maybe even softs on the second stint. This is crazy.

EDIT: Ferrari now just went up front with Leclerc, telling him that he and Sainz are free to race each other.

Leclerc driving, and strategizing better than the pitwall.

It amazes me how Ferrari manages to be trash on tyre strategy week in and week out. If I was this terrible at my job I'd be out of business.

Mick in the points! Mick in the points!

This must be the first race ever where Hamilton has said that the tyres are fine.

slow stop for Lewis

Mercedes with the slow pitstop...

Damn, I thought Mercedes would slap mediums or softs on Hamilton's car.

Holy **** trevor phillips is an old spice guy now

Says a lot about Sainz that he's behind his teammate with a damaged car by 2 and a half seconds.

Did I hear correctly that Sainz now has to save fuel?

I've only been watching F1 for a few years. In that time I've seen the halo save Romain Grosjean from being decapitated, Lewis Hamilton from being crushed by Max Verstappen's wheel and now Zhou Guanyu's head from being ripped off by the tarmac and gravel.

Hard to believe that people were arguing against its adoption.

This morning F2 incident I was referring to earlier.

Both Haases could in theory pass Verstappen who just keeps going backwards...

Too early for softs, and he needs to use two different compounds, so couldn't do mediums

Max picked up floor damage on lap 20.

"Save fuel". Or what it actually means, "you're finishing 2nd, block Hamilton."
