Lando almost had Piastri if he got the last sector, but Verstappen was almost 3 tenths up in the first two sectors.
 
Seems like Club Corner was almost everyone's enemy today. Was really looking like Lewis could've gotten pole there. :indiff:
 
I really thought Lewis was going to get this and was really hoping for that....either way, he's in a good enough position to at least be able to fight for a podium and keep his record going at Silverstone. Tomorrow should really be interesting cause Max, McLaren, Russell and the Ferraris all looked to be in it for the win.
 
Final qualifying classification after the penalties. Very good performance by Bearman for the initial P8 and maybe this will force him to pay attention to the red flags and the rules.

Tsunoda/Albon/Lawson in a row is a pileup waiting to happen.

Alot of assumption that Max even wants George's seat at Mercedes. Does Max even want to continue in a Sport that already is a joke and now the one small thing that even kinda kept him hanging around is no longer possible?
 
Looks like there will be light rain in the hours before the race, but stopping before the lights go out.

EDIT - raining now for the F3 feature race. Biblical rain. This better stop before the F1 or they’ll never let them start.

So either the race will either feature an early double stack or some drivers will pit extremely early (Leclerc and Russell).
