If they're not starting in these conditions and it's not going to get any better anytime soon, I can see the race being abandoned.
 
Ricciardo said the red flag was the right call, agree 100%. Starting the race in this weather is asking for a lap 1 pileup.

Need to get 2 laps done for 1/2 points.
Max would get 12.5pts, lewis would get 5pts.
