I have been wondering around GT Planet for a while, but I never found a
FGT Series (Formula Gran Turismo). If you are interested or want to submit your Suggestions please reply to this post.
FGT General Ideas
Safety Car: Brought out after a Pile up, or Heavy Damage to three or more cars. Also room stewards can bring out the Saftey Car if they fell its needed.

Knock-Out Qualifying: Based off of modern day F1. Their will be three qualifying rounds just like in real life. 5 drivers will be dropped on Q1, another 5 on Q2, leaving 6 drivers in the last round to fight for the top 6 Pos. on the grid.

Parade Laps: Done just like F1 in real life, with the safety car leading the field
around the circuit to there Grid Positions. Grid Positions are determined by yesterday's Knock-Out Qualifying session.

Warm Up Sessions: Is the Session before the whole race this should last around 5-10 mins. Warm up sessions is when you can go drive around the track and practice for the race that is coming up.

Races: Will be as long as real life F1 races, laps are determined by the length of the track and lap times.

Flag System: Flags are determined by race stewards and how the fell about the current issue at hand. Here is a list of flags that you could here during the race (Blue, Black, White, Checkered, Yellow, and SC Yellow) all of you should know the meaning of each flag.

Practice Sessions: There really isn't much need for one since drivers can practice at any time.

Un-lapping: Every lapped Driver HAVES to un-lap themselves once the
Safety Car is out. This means the lapped Driver will have go around the
safety Car and proceed around the circuit.

FGT Teams: Teams will be consist of 2 Drivers and 1 color. Team names are free to pick.
