Forza 3 multi screen questions... (I've looked everywhere!!)

I am looking for some help with setting up forza 3 multi-screen.. I can't seem to find a guide or anything. Do I need to buy the dlc for all my xbox's or what?? any help would be greatly appreciated. I am lost atm.
