First thing I want to do is buy the S30 Fairlady Z or S13 Siliva :D Man work is going by so slow.. my boss not being here is making it worse, because I dont think I'm doing much of anything right now. Good thing its our slow season.
 
@Oso Actual, I've won a Mini Cooper JCW and a Miata on the Wheel spin, I mostly get credits...

Been playing most of today, had a blast!

Nice. Did you already have either of those cars in your garage before winning them? Just trying to see if they (PG) designed it so you'd win new cars instead of duplicates, which you could sell anyway but just getting a census.
 
I didn't have those cars, plus I got the day one edition, so that's five cars already and I only bought one so far and that's the RS2000....
 
I'be been installing for 2 and a half hours and it's only at 13% :|
 
I've got rewards for Forza 5, got 600k credits to spend, will probably get the game pre owned soon....

Sucks for you :p. My GF works tomorrow, so after I clean up the house (requirement, for her buying me the game :lol:) I should have a fair amount of time to play. Also, I have no doubt in my mind that I'll most likely be playing all night.

Wow thats horrible, I'm almost done with my work day and you're not even 50 percent yet. Whats your download speed?

It doesn't ( I think)

But it sounded like you were on about installing the digital version. I swear if I did that, it would have taken days......
 
Seems stupid having a disc if it then takes this long to install.

Yet on my ps4 it takes seconds to install.

Forza 5 took me less than 30 minutes to install IIRC, there must be something wrong.

EDIT: actually mine was a digital copy, I'm probbaly thinking about how long it took to download it, installation was probably fairly quick.

I've gotten about 6 cars on the wheel spin, none that I owned and no duplicates.

It took about 2 full days before those cars showed 0 credits in the Autoshow for me. My advice is be patient. I'm still waiting on my 1.5Mcr.

Have you tried canceling and restart? Also sometimes having a demo of said game may be an issue, I know this was the case in the past. Just some suggestions if you haven't tried them.

It took me less than an hour. Sounds a bit dodgy to me, but then again if it is installing then it should be ok.
 
It's 8pm now and I started just after 2, it's 24%. Not going to be able to play it till after work tomorrow so I'll try deleting it and then installing it during the night.

Has anyone had a problem with rainfall never stopping even though it's sunny and everything is dry? Just quit the game and started it up again.
 
After deleting and reinstalling it's up to 62% after 20 mins. So I could've played it today after all. :(

Have work from 5am to 2pm tomorrow so hopefully I can get right to playing it tomorrow afternoon.

Xbone is really annoying as a console, it's great when playing the games but it's frustrating all the rest of the time.

Something is very wrong for sure or you have something else downloading in the backround. Make sure just leave the X1 alone and don't play any other games. The more games you are playing or the more apps you are running, the slower it will install. However, the game can be played on the X1 even if it is not fully installed. You can probably play it right now.

Mine also fully installed from the disc in about 40 minutes. I left it alone and didn't do anything with the X1. In fact I had time to eat dinner, vacuum, and do dishes in that 40 minutes.
