Definitely can't wait to explore the full map now. I've found so many ideal photomode locations in the demo alone.

Can't wait to see what everyone captures in this world.

I'm gonna have to watch all these videos when I get home at 11pm. The WiFi at my work sucks.

The night driving on the highway looks really nice, allthough unrealistic, because at 300+ km/h you wouldn't see anything through your windshield, but I guess it makes sense from a gameplay perspective to have a clear view.

But in the summer it's only dark from just before 10 until 4 in the morning, so it's not unusual to have a longer period of daylight.

I decided to actually test that. I measured night and day from headlights on to headlights off and back again. It was 7 minutes night, 23 minutes day.

I don't think too many of us are setting our expectations too high. H2 is an improvement over H1 but its still a fairly small map and very limited game. Will be interesting to see what they do with dlc. But again, I don't have my expectations too high. I expect to have fun and that's my main focus. I am also so happy they included dynamic weather. :)

You're right about that. I had my expectations really high as far as Horizon 1 was concerned, after playing all the FM games. And I was in for major disappointment.

It should be kept in mind that Horizon is still a fairly new project and it has to walk before it starts running. The moment I lowered my expectations and focused only on getting fun and gameplay out of Horizon, I've started to enjoy it immensely. FM's taking a back seat for now.
 
Am I missing something I thought the 2011 Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera was supposed to be in this game (didn't see it in the quick cycle video)? or am I just blind :boggled:?

Either way this is looking like a great game.

Why is it that I can't find a review for the 360 version? Are they trying to hide some unpleasant surprises? It's not like 360 owners realistically expect it to look and function like it does on the One.

Because unfortunately it isn't the centre of attention, or even remotely part of it. But to be fair it's something of a miracle it's even coming to 360, there's not going to be many next gen focused games that will go to the same effort.

I understand that the focus will be primarily on the One but I'm sure there are 360 owners who will be getting it, too. It would just be nice if I could find one solitary review.......

It's unlikely that you'll see anything of the 360 version before release. Given that it's an entirely separate game that just happens to share the same title, I think they're doing a smart thing by not showing it. There will be plenty of time for that post-release.

No one knows where 360 stands with the launch pack. It's most likely going to be unanswered until release
