Small annoyance but was wondering why I always have the same Drivatars driving around? Some are on my friendslist but most are randoms, is there a way to only have Friendly drivatars?

I don't see why discs can't just be immediately playable anymore :(
On the X1 they can be playable after a few minutes. You can play while its installing. I think you can do that on the PS4 too. Also there are a lot of benefits to installing games.

Advantages of installing your game
1. reduces wear and tear on system
2. reduces chances of scratching a disc
3. reduces heat
4. reduces noise
5. reduces some bugs in games
6. reduces load time in most games

We all remember how unreliable the 360 was. Once I started installing my games I had little to no problems with the system any more. So I am glad we are forced to install the games because I would anyway. ;)

You are very right. Excuse my stupid moaning.

Well, do every single one of your friends have the game? Or maybe just those few drivatars you see, are the only ones that have it.

I believe those specific friends also have to do that specific event for their cars to appear. But I could be wrong about that. Seems like that's how it was in F5.

I know in FM5 they said you would have a few friends Drivatars and the rest would be other random players. Looks like the same thing in FH2. You will never have a full grid of just friends, kinda sucks but gives everyones drivatars a chance i guess.

The sound of the Supra is so much better than in FM5, can't stop driving it.:dopey:

Well that is what is odd, but it probably is the same as past installments, some of the friend drivatars have it while others do not, mixed with random drivatars. It's not gamebreaking by no means, its just fun to roll up behind an AI Drivatar who you reconize.

Does FH2 have impossible A.I.? By 'impossible', I mean do the cars they drive have impossible upgrades, like Darius' 599XX which had a PI of 999. :boggled:Also they tended to put certain cars in races that they shouldn't be allowed in. Like the FXX.

Noob question alert here guys.

If I go digital will it use up the same memory space as the physical disc version?

As someone who will not trade the physical version in, is there any other benefit for a disc? After the disc installs all the content it's basically the same as a digi version then, yes?

Stupid question I know lol. Just want to optimise my HD space.

I imagine its the same. I currently have the disc with game, car pass and VIP, comes to 36.4GB, I do have some pics too so I doubt those take up much.

Thanks mate. Digital it is then. I've heard rumblings about VIP not giving out double xp on the digital release version tho? Hmmm

Okay I just drove a bucket list challenge with the La Ferrari and flying through a tunnel with that thing is just amazing, and it's planted like an F1 car - so much downforce.
La Ferrari Pro tip: try to let off the gas at 9500 rpm for a massive eargasm.
Yes, this is probably the best car game to this date...

These were actually my initial thoughts after I started playing Horizon 1 in greater depth. My guess is Horizon uses a slightly higher dynamic range, and perhaps a different recording model than Motorsport. I definitely noticed cars sounding better, though not as LOUD. Particularly after upgrades, they sounded unreal. The ZR1.. oh my word..... never sounded this good in FM4.

Ah... just look at the lines on that Supra. Stunning. And those rims.. :dopey:

Strange, it sounds the same to me

Try driving same cars in both games, stock and fully modded. Get back to us.

I just bought the Civic R, and they did it right, from outside cam you hear the exhaust
and from inside you hear the intake scream, really well done PG.👍

I actually now thing PG's sounds were slightly better done than Motorsport. They're cleaner and the dynamic range seems to be more audible. I'm of course talking about Horizon 1 compared to FM4. So it seems same is the case with part 2.

I honestly can't tell you how desperate I am to get my hands on an X1!

And those shots... ooah! Real photos.. those are actual photos!:drool::drool:

Errr... quick question: do exhaust upgrades at least show up now? I mean they've made 7 racing games to date....
